PreConstruction Management, Inc. was founded by Richard Wille in February, 2008. With over thirty years of commercial and institutional construction experience, Rich became increasingly aware of the benefits of high-quality C.M. preconstruction services during the design process, especially in the early phases of design. When performed by qualified personnel, these services ultimately resulted in substantial cost savings by helping to prevent loss of time and money to budgetary overruns, redesign, change orders, scheduling problems and the like.
Having spent a number of years as a lump-sum estimator, and later working more in C.M. preconstruction activities, Rich saw an opportunity to add significant value to competitively bid and negotiated projects by offering the same preconstruction expertise on an independent basis. What sets us apart as a firm are the quality of our services and our creative problem solving skills.
